Membership provides access to an outstanding array of facilities at your fingertips, with the crown jewel being the magnificent 18-hole golf course that is maintained to a high standard and playable all year round. In addition to the great course, we have excellent clubhouse facilities and very friendly staff.

A large proportion of Bowral’s members play regularly and traditional Full Playing memberships are by far the most popular, giving full access to the magnificent golf course and a host of competitive playing opportunities seven days a week.

Full Playing

Unlimited Social & Competition Rounds

  • Eligibility to play in all Trophy & Club Championship Events

  • Reciprocal rights to a range of Clubs across Australia

  • Discounted Cart Hire

  • Full Members are entitled to attend, vote and stand for election at AGMs

  • This category is offered to members who are over the age of 18 with a tiered subscription fee governed by age as of 1st of July of the membership year

Six day

Six-Day members have the same rights as a full playing member with the exception of not being able to play golf on Saturdays

Six Day Members are entitled to attend, vote and stand for election at AGMs

Country

Limited to 22 competition rounds per annum

  • Country Members are not eligible to win Trophy & Club Championship Events, but may win Monthly Medal Rounds

  • Principal place of residence must be greater than 50km from the BGC Clubhouse

  • There are no voting rights in this category

City

Unlimited competition rounds per annum

  • City Members are not eligible to win Trophy & Club Championship Events, but may win Monthly Medal Rounds

  • Must be a member of another Golf Club with a home handicap managed by that club.

  • Principal place of residence must be greater than 50km from the BGC Clubhouse

  • There are no voting rights in this category

Junior

Junior Membership is available to Members under 18 Years Old (July 1st of renewal year)

  • Unlimited Social Round & Competition Rounds (Juniors are ineligible for Competitions)

  • Golf lessons available via director of Golf Kon Fondas

  • There are no voting rights in this category

Social

May play social golf with a member's guest rate green fee payable - No GA handicap provided

  • There are no voting rights in this category

  • Can join in on bridge or other social activities
