2. GROUND UNDER REPAIR (RULE 16.1)
2.1. All areas marked by White Stakes or Blue Paint
2.2. Clearly defined wheel ruts made by course maintenance machinery

3. NO PLAY ZONES (ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITION)
Free relief must be taken from interference by the no play zone under Rule 16.1( f)
3.1. Garden beds in the General Area marked with Blue Peg
3.2. Staked trees and shrubs

4. PENALTY AREAS
4.1. Penalty areas are defined by Red Stakes or Red Lines

5. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS
5.1. All stakes
5.2. Hydrant boxes and course watering satellite stations
5.3. Distance Markers
5.4.Bridges are not part of any Penalty area and relief my be taken when the ball lies outside the penalty area

6. PLAYING THE 14TH AND 15TH HOLES
6.1. Players must comply with the notice displayed on the 14th & 15th teeing grounds

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, THE PENALTY FOR A BREACH OF A LOCAL RULE IS THE GENERAL PENALTY (STROKE PLAY - TWO STROKES, MATCH PLAY - LOSS OF HOLE)
