Surrounded by an oasis of green and offering stunning views out over the course, the club’s highly-regarded function venue represents the perfect choice. Just a short drive from the centre of town, with extensive car parking and great facilities, our venue is exclusive yet accessible.
We have a choice of rooms of different sizes and configurations, meaning we have one just right for your special event. The Hordern Room is the largest of our function rooms. It seats up to 120 and is perfect for grand dinners, canapé functions and memorial services. The John Oxley Room seats up to 40 and is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch six days a week. Enter the Members Room and be transported to a bygone age! This room gives a flavour of the home comforts that have been enjoyed by Bowral members and visitors here for the past century. It can comfortably accommodate up to 40 depending on seating configurations. There is a nice warming fireplace and inviting Chesterfield couches. Once sat down you won’t want to leave! The Hastings Clark Room is our boardroom, named after the man who was our Professional here for 48 years. The room seats up to 14 people and is perfect for that intimate family meal or for private meetings

Golf events can be tailored for all budgets, with a variety of options from which to choose. Our years of experience and understanding the needs of a changing corporate environment will ensure your event exceeds expectations. With a superbly maintained and conveniently located golf course close to town and just over an hour from Sydney, a spacious and well-appointed clubhouse, great food and key staff dedicated to make your day a complete success, Bowral Golf Club ticks all the boxes when it comes to corporate or charity golf days. Your golf day will be a great opportunity to do business in relaxed surroundings, or simply have an enjoyable time with clients, staff or colleagues at one of the best-loved country courses in New South Wales.
We have a limited number of carts, so catering for golf groups of between 20 and 60 players is our speciality. But if your clients and guests don’t mind walking, we can gladly accommodate groups of up to 120. There is a selection of merchandise available in the Pro Shop, which is the perfect place to stock up with any competition prizes you require. Our friendly team of PGA Professionals can provide you with nearest the pin and longest drive markers should they be required and are available for golfing tuition or to put on group golfing clinics before play if desired. Our catering and hospitality team provide an extensive menu selection that is certain to satisfy all tastes and budgets. The club has a choice of function rooms, including an intimate board room for private meetings, or larger rooms for presentations or product launches.
